1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use MARCON. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Marketplace role
MARCON is a marketplace that connects creators, businesses and location owners. We are not a party to the underlying transaction between buyers and providers. We do not employ providers and do not guarantee outcomes.
4. Payments and fees
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Platform fees are shown at checkout. Payouts to providers are released after a booking is marked complete, subject to any refunds or disputes.

Refund eligibility depends on each posting's cancellation policy and the reason for cancellation. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant MARCON a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display and distribute your content solely to operate and promote the Service. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to grant this license.
7. Prohibited conduct
Do not use the Service to break the law, harass others, distribute malware, or attempt to circumvent our fees. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for other users or the Service.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that providers or buyers will perform as expected.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MARCON is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
