Dallas–Fort Worth hosts
List your Dallas–Fort Worth space. Get paid for the hours it sits empty.
Creators, photographers, film crews and brands in DFW need rooms by the hour. Put yours on MARCON, set your own rate and availability, and confirm every request before a card is charged.
MARCON is launching first in Dallas–Fort Worth.
Free to list. No subscription. MARCON keeps 5% of a booking, and only when a booking is paid.
Do the math on your own room
Your rate, your hours, the real fees we charge. Nothing here is an average or a projection — it's the same calculation that runs at checkout.
The renter pays $1,260 — your rate plus a 5% booking fee on their side. Payouts are sent after each booking is completed.
What hosting actually involves
Create the listing
Photos, what the space is for, your hourly rate, house rules, and the address. The full address stays private until a booking is confirmed.
Set weekly availability
Choose the days and hours you're open. Renters can only request times you've opened.
Confirm or decline requests
Every request comes to you first, with the renter's profile. Payment is only captured once you confirm.
Get paid after the booking
Payout goes out after the booking is completed, minus the 5% platform fee.

Spaces that work on MARCON
If a creator could shoot, record, cook, teach or host in it for a few hours, it belongs here.
Being early here is the point
MARCON is new, and Dallas–Fort Worth is the only market open right now. We're not going to tell you how much other hosts make, because there isn't enough booking history to make that claim honestly. What we can tell you: the spaces listed first are the ones renters see first — on Spaces, on the Dallas studio pages, and in every search a creator runs while there are only a handful of rooms to choose from.
Host questions
What does it cost to list?
Nothing. Listing is free and there's no subscription. MARCON keeps 5% of a paid booking, and the renter pays a 5% booking fee on their side. If nothing is booked, you're charged nothing.
When do I get paid?
Payment is captured when you confirm a booking, and the payout is released after the booking is completed. Payouts go to the account you connect for payments.
Can I decline a booking?
Yes. Requests come to you first with the renter's profile attached. Nothing is charged and no address is shared until you confirm.
Who can book my space?
Signed-in MARCON accounts — creators, businesses and other members. You can see their profile, and identity verification status, before you confirm.
Is my address public?
No. Public listing pages show the city and general area only. The exact address is shared with the renter once a booking is confirmed.
What about cancellations and damage?
Cancellations and disputes follow the published refund and dispute process, and every booking has an agreement record attached. Insurance for your property remains your responsibility.
Do I need to be verified?
You can create a listing right away. Identity verification is a checklist item in your profile, and verified hosts are shown as verified to renters, which matters most while the market is new.
