- Sexually explicit content involving minors, or any content that exploits minors.
- Fraud, scams, deceptive postings or fake reviews.
- Impersonation of another person, brand or business.
- Attempts to bypass MARCON fees, tax collection, or verified identity checks.
- Malware, phishing, scraping without permission, or interfering with the Service.
- Content or services that infringe someone else's intellectual property rights.
Verification and safety
Identity verification helps but does not guarantee safety. Meet new contacts in public places, use MARCON to receive payment, and report anyone who tries to move you off the platform.

Enforcement
Violating this Policy can result in content removal, account suspension, permanent ban and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
